I was told to go for directional due to less dirt kicked back in my face. Went with the elite, and my rifle shooting a 200 grain projectile at 3000 fps has such little recoil, it’s like shooting a 410. Looks great on my benchmark barrel. Great finish. Gasses clear your face. Totally changed the feel of the rifle.

This thing works great and looks mean on a carbon proof sendero. I’ve shot it for both 22 Creedmoor and 25 Sherman Short Tactical and it takes a ton of recoil out of both of them without pushing a bunch of gas in your face. The finish is top shelf, the function is top shelf and it’s easy as pie to install. That’s about all you need in a break.

I installed the MDT muzzle brake onto my Tikka T3X ctr .308. It was easy to install and index on the factory threaded barrel. It looks great and fits very well. The reduced recoil makes shooting very comfortable.

Best mod on my ruger American hands down. I built the rifle for 300yard egg shoots, using a lot of MDT products, I can honestly say all of the products are perfectly built and of great quality. The muzzle greatly reduced the recoil, has a very nice sleek but yet mean look. Could not be happier with the customer service fast shipping and muzzle over all.

Just laugh at myself at the outdoor range; recoil is deleted, of course, with the help of other parts, but this break is insane.

Just got done with an AR-10 Build in . 308 with an MDT Muzzle brake at the end of a 20" Wilson combat bull barrel. . . . Although this is an 11lb rifle it kicks less than my Dads Ruger PC-9 Carbine shooting prone. Very please with this product and will definitle be putting one of these on the next build !!!
