30-06 / 6.5x55 SWEDE / 6.5-284 MDT Metal Magazine - MED - 10 RND

It is a very high Quality magazine. I haven’t used it in the field yet but it’s cycled my 6.5-284 rounds flawlessly while at the range .

Honestly I have not take this into use yet. I've only inserted it several times with releases. It seems to lock in nicely. Cycles rounds w/o any issues. No rattles, and snug in magwell. This is as large as I'd care to use for hunt. Will most likely use a 5rnd and have this/these handy

I got these with the the Idea that I could feed 6.5 cm out of a medium Origin action and then re-barrel to a magnum depending on what I'm hunting that year. These aren't advertised as 6.5 creed mags so I have no one to blame but myself.... These fed 6.5 Creed great in my office but while shooting, the recoil would move the rounds move forward in the mags and the base of the cartridge would drop down to where the bolt face couldn't make contact and strip it out of the mags. I tried adjusting feed lips and no luck. Another review below mine states that it feeds 6.5 creed just fine so It make work well for some people?

Anyway, Now I have 300 dollars (I own three) in mags that I can't use. I just re-barreled to a 6.5 PRC and i'm seriously hoping I can tweak the feed lips and get them to feed right, otherwise I wasted my time and money.

Does exactly what I want it to do. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not bigger.

This magazine is a double-stack for an HNT-26 chassis (med/long action). Not for an LSS-XL chassis that will only allow a 5 round magazine (single stack). Great magazine but won't fit. Had to order two others. Recommend you contact MDT to find out which magazines fit which chassis. This would be great if MDT went ahead and put this on their website.

I bought a 10rd magazine and the Oryx chassis but the magazine wouldn't go in the mag-well. MDT made it right by refunding me my money and then made sure I had what I needed to go have fun.

Service is as expected, not bad but not great however they deliver fast and are understanding properly one of the best companies I’ve bought from easily

Be sure to check proper size for your mag* I ordered the wrong 30-06 mag for my savage axis, but I sent it back and the MDT team is awesome, they resent me the right one.

Performed great with 6.5 Creedmoor in a Zermatt Medium action.

This item is quality, but I returned it as I ordered it by mistake. If this mag fits your chassis, its money well spent!

I miss calculated the size of my chassis on my rile, apparently my chassis only fits single stack magazines not the XM style magazine, but otherwise it seems to be a good product, my mistake, so I did make some other purchases for the single stack magazines from MDT and those work great.

Got wrong mag need to exchange for correct one can't get help to do this- please help
