I have 3 Rifles that use the ESS Chassis as their Base. I have them all set up by design to be 100% Consistent between one another. A .22 for training. A 308 for short to intermediate distances. Then I have my .300 Win Mag for long distances. What strikes me about MDT is they always include everything you need. It all comes as a Kit. It’s that extra mile that matters most. All 3 of my ESS Chassis have this ARCA Rail on them to allow me to use a Tripod. Whether it’s a Precision Rifle Challenge or just a normal range day, I want maximum use out of what I build. I got that maximum use via MDT, so I’m sticking with them.

Great for a tripod with an arca rail set up.
I mean it's a ARCA rail so not that trick. That said, it fits great, easy to install and right at the balance point on my rifle. All you can ask for
