Works well with a good amount of adjustment back and forth, I have mine in the most rearward position possible to allow clearance to remove the bolt from my Ruger American Gen 2 without using the folding adaptor.

The only issue I've found is that if you have the riser mounted and adjusted to a more rearward (towards the recoil pad) position, without the 0.5" standoffs, the riser interferes very slightly with the QD sockets on the Stalker Core stock, and makes inserting/removing QD swivels a challenge.

I have ended up mounting the Elite Cheek Piece to my Stalker Core using the hardware included with this riser, and it's smaller dimensions provide enough clearance for both the bolt and the rear QD sockets.

Options for different height standoffs would be a good addition, like 0.25" or 0.75" for lower/higher scope mounts.

The cheek riser works very well. However, when I was installing it onto the stock both screws stripped (I was just putting them in by hand. No tools were used when this occurred) and I had to get the threads out the stripped off.
