Not the same max col as the CIP 5rd metal mag, my fault should have read the specs Max Col 3.63
So if you want to load long, you'll have to stick with the five round metal magazine to get 3.74

This is a great alternative to the original stock of my rifle, not so light weight as the carbon fibre FFT but. . better grip and fantastic modular solution for whole stock. I prefer having a detachable magazine then loading from the top as it was originally. I’m looking forward to test this out on the field

This was a answer to a problem that I had. I had a hunting setup, but my mag was long, noisy and held to many rounds. Not anymore. I bought two of the new ones and they both feed 300WM rounds flawlessly. I added some before and after photos.

Spring is not ok. when loaded with 3 rounds 1st round chambers, the rest get stuck. Put only one round stuck. Paired with a KRG bravo stock fits ok CIP Length with some trouble getting it to clip but ok.

The feed lips need to be adjusted to help feed 7mm rem mag. The spring quality is subpar. Wish there was a 3 rnd metal CIP, those from MDT have been great. This just feels.... cheep :/

Magazine fit well in the rifle. Function was initially hampered by the rifle needing a modication of the mag latch, but after that simple correction, function was perfect.

Work great, seat positive and almost flush!! Appear to be great quality, no sharp edges, easy to handle!! Super lightweight and I like polymer over metal when it’s super cold out!! Can’t wait to test them in the field!!

Seems tight fitment, however, maybe that is standard for a Polymer Magazine as this is my first of such. Definitely will be quiet when exposed to branches and other abrasive elements.

The mags are primarily designed for MDT mag wells. MDT mag wells are a looser dimensional design by . 008-. 013 of an inch over Hawkens, AI and Savage aftermarket wells. I removed. 010” off the front of my MDT mags and they fit and functioned perfectly in my Hawkens and Savage mag wells.

We are glad to hear these magazines were able to get fitted up to your Hawkens bottom metal. If you could send us some measurements and photos of the magazine, we can always look into this and assist further if needed.

I really wanted to like this as it would have been perfect for my HNT26 hunting setup. The spring in this setup is severely underpowered and as such the rounds bind and jam. After I strip the first of 3 using the bolt the next 2 nose dive as there is just barely enough pressure to make the rear rise but not enough across the board to prevent a tilt. This doesn't happen with their metal 3 round mag as that uses a better spring. For now I'll go back to the Metal for now.

Works as advertised. Had an issue with the follower jamming on the last round and the bullet nosing down. I tried to fix it with some light sanding but ended up sanding too much off and messing up the follower. MDT sent me a new one and it worked perfectly. I bought a second one as a backup and that one also works perfectly. Used for a 7mm Rem Mag.

It looks like you ordered the CIP length Polymer magazine which is not compatible with with the ORYX chassis you ordered, which utilizes AICS pattern magazines, if you'd like to get that swapped out please let us know and we'll get things set up for you to do so.

Bought this mag to use with mi b14 in 7PRC. It doesn’t work with that caliber. Pretty sure I had called but it is what it is. Looks like it’ll feed a 30/06 if I end up getting a chassis for one of those.
