MDT Metal 300PRC is a CIP 3.850" length magazines that is manufactured from high strength steel and finished with Cerakote Elite for the ultimate in durability and corrosion resistance. Compatible with AICS pattern DBM chassis and bottom metals which accept 3.850" CIP length magazines.
This magazine has a 5 round capacity based on magnum rounds.
The stock was really to install. It took alot of yhe kick out of the gun. It went on a 28 Nosler. It shoots awesome easy to tune. The only thing that I did not like about it was it took 11 weeks til I got it.
Only mag I’ll use for my 300 PRC builds. Feed and fit great.
Magazine worked great in my Bergara MG lite rifle and I had/have no issues or complaints at all. Quality product, with an amazing customer service team behind it, can’t ask for much more. Will definitely be coming back for other products in the future.

The magazine did not fit tightly in the magazine well after I changed out the bottom metal of my seekins rifle to the recommended one. The magazine freely moved up and down once locked so if I didn’t continuously push the magazine back up, it would not feed.

I have quite a few MDT products and I am very happy with all of them.
The magazine feeds great and has plenty of room to seat the bullet way out there. The only downfall is it’s very loud when racking a cartridge.

Any plans to make a MDT CIP LA POLYMER MAGAZINE - 3 RND for the 300 PRC ?
I find the metal mag is clunky and loud in hunting situations.

Love the 5 round mag but for mountain hunting a 3 round would be much better.

I had a major issue with the stock on my howa 300 prc. I could not get it dailed in. Each shot was 2 inc off from the last. Reading about Howa and the huge stock. they use i decided to replace it with a MDT. . . I got dailed in on the 3rd shot and now im shooting consistently.

Function.
The quality of the magazine is top notch. Function is flawless. When it comes to magazines you get what you pay for. Reliably, durability and functionality are worth the price. A rifle that doesn’t function because of a poor magazine is a club. These magazines don’t disappoint.
I use a bold action, with the gun sling across my chest the mag will stick into my back. I would prefer to go from a five round mag to a three round mag just to manage carrying my rifle in the mountains.
Overall performance is Pretty Awesome!
