TEAM MDT: Rusty Ulmer, Gage Caples, Marchand Hovrud - Competition and Hunting

As the competition season winds down, Team MDT had two notable wins and was also able to put some meat in the freezer! Kicking it off, Team MDT shooter Rusty Ulmer took 1st place in the 2024 SW Regional Finale! The 2024 SW Regional Finale was a PRS match held at the Cowtown Range. Rusty recently competed in the 2024 IPRF World Championships, taking 2nd place in the Senior Division. Congratulations Rusty!

Down in Texas, Supported Shooter Gage Caples took 1st place at the Gravestone Precision Inaugural Rimfire Match, which was held at the Graveston Precision Shooting Range in Lipon, Texas. Like Rusty, Gage recently competed in the 2024 IPRF World Championship, taking 1st Place in Top Junior. Congratulations Gage!

Up in Washington, Team MDT shooter Marchand Hovrud harvested a nice Mule Deer with her NRL Hunter Competition Rifle! She used a 6.5 Creedmoor that featured a Benchmark carbon fiber barrel, a Defiance Lightweight Elite Action, MDT HNT26 Chassis, MDT CKYE POD, and Burris XTR Pro Scope. Marchand harvested the animal at 450 yards and was joined by her family. Congratulations Marchand!
