MDT Mention - IMPACT SHOOTING REVIEWS THE OBI RIFLE LINK

Impact Shooting, owned by Pieter Malan, creates some amazing content specific to long-range shooting. Pieter, a former Pro Cyclist, got into the shooting sports in 2017 and spends his time creating photos and video, teaching precision rifle, and running the Impact Proshop, which carries high-quality shooting gear and accessories.

Pieter's latest video discusses rifle slings, offers some tips, and discusses a sling-less carry method.

In the video, Pieter covered "old-school" slings that attach via sling swivels, newer slings that leverage QD flush cups, and a neat and innovative product, the OBi RIFLE LINK. The OBi RIFLE LINK was designed by Ckye Thomas, the inventor of the MDT CKYE-POD.

The OBI RIFLE LINK consists of a Slide of Clamp Lock, which attaches to your backpack or chest harness and is essentially a shelf to hook your rifle to. On your rifle, either on the M-LOK forend or on a QD attachment point, you have the RP M or RP M Mini, which is essentially a hook that attaches to the Slide or Clamp Lock shelf.

For demonstrative purposes, Pieter used our lightweight HNT26 Chassis System. The modular nature of our Chassis Systems allows them to pair with new technology, techniques, and methods seamlessly.
