I am so impressed with everything I've purchased from MDT, truly. The engineering, design and aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for in my PRS build. I couldn't wait to take a picture of the completed build and show it off :)

I have been shooting rimfire F-class for many years, but have not been able to reach a higher classification. All my remedies failed. I decided to ditch my laminate stock and go for the XRS chassis for better action support and ergometric design. My first match with the new system yielded my highest score yet, with 797 points out of an 800 match. I look forward to future competitions.

The XRS has to be the best value for money chassis on the market. Writing this review after 2 years of ownership and it has performed exceptionally in both hunting and competition applications. With the ability to change grip angle, add foreend weight and ARCA rails, you can customize this chassis to suit your specific needs. For anyone looking for a simple upgrade from their factory stock or to get started in competition on a budget, the XRS is THE chassis for you.

XRS in FDE for Savage SA. This unit is being used with a model 12 FV with a 26" heavy profile barrel, chambered in . 308 WIN. With the optic, suppressor, MDT Oryx bipod, and a full 10 round magazine it weighs in at 15. 75 lbs. . 6 inch groups at 100 yards. Ringing 12" steel at 726 yards so far.

The overall wight makes this a very gentle shooter, aiding in spoting my own impacts with ease.

Bought a tikka with the plan to outfit it with mdt accessories for a long range/hunting build. The xrs did not disappoint. Love the adjustability of this chassis for not breaking the bank, from the adjustable length of pull with spacers to the mlok style forend there is a ton of options for this chassis. The aics mags I bought are working very well with this rifle chassis. I also bought the forend weight which helped to perfectly balance my rifle and add weight if I need or want for hunting use. Their mdt comp muzzle break was also a HUGE improvement for the rifle as well with the adjustable ports up top. Lastly I finished off the gun with their mdt grd pod bipod and love how adjustable and solid it is. Shot the gun for the first time with all mdt accessories on it yesterday and the smile was on my face all day from shooting what is now my favorite rifle in the safe. Groups even tightened up a bit as well with factory ammo. The folks at mdt are top notch and their shipping is quick, couldn’t ask for more. Will be doing more shopping with them in the future!

I’ve had this out to the range a handful of times now, I can honestly say it was a great investment.

- Groups tightened up my savage 110 tactical just a touch.

-Forend weight adds significantly better balance to the rifle.

Great fit on my CZ 457 and handles my L3I 1. 180 barrel with very little contact near the action. The ergonomics fit a wide variety of shooters. Constructed to create a very accurate base for my rifle.

Put on and than a week later I dumped a 203 lb white tail with it. Makes the gun much more steady due to the weight.

Very sturdy chassis. I great upgrade for any rifle. The M-LOK system is great for a bolt gun. A nice upgrade from the Boyd’s stock I had on it before with no chance of the MDT breaking. Highly recommended. The detachable magazine is another great feature for the savage model 12!

Rock solid when you install your action it’s like the screws hit a wall and that’s when it’s in. Very pleased !!!

This chassis, is singly, the best improvement I could have made for my rifle. Although I just installed and sighted the rifle it is already demonstrating significant improvement. I’m so glad I chose this MDT XRS chassis!

Very modular and ergonomic. I love this chassis.
