PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Prizes may not be returned for a refund. An exchange of a defective product may be accepted. Please contact customer support at support@mdttac.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PROMOTION RULES

Promotion Period: This Promotion begins on September 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The winner will be announced on or about September 22, 2026. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

Eligibility To Enter: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of:

  • The fifty (50) United States, excluding the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, other United States Territories, and the States of New York, Florida and Rhode Island;
  • Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec;
  • The member states of the European Union, excluding Belgium, Denmark and Italy;
  • The United Kingdom.

Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in their country, state or province of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry, and must reside in one of the listed jurisdictions at the time of entry.
Employees and directors of MDT Sporting Goods Ltd. ("MDT" or "Sponsor"), its affiliates, dealers and distributors, advertising, print production and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws and regulations.

Online Entry: Entrants must complete their entry with all required information and submit it via the giveaway page. You will receive ONE ENTRY per email address. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable or illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. No entries will be acknowledged or returned.

Marketing communications are not a condition of entry. Subscribing to MDT emails is entirely optional, is offered as a separate and unchecked option on the entry form, and has no effect whatsoever on your chances of winning. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

Firearms, firearms accessories, ammunition and thermal imaging devices are regulated differently in every jurisdiction in which this Promotion is offered. Some items shown in the Promotion's advertising cannot lawfully be exported to, imported into, or possessed in every eligible jurisdiction.
The Sponsor will not ship any item to any jurisdiction in which that item is restricted or prohibited, and will not apply for or obtain any export licence, import permit or other authorisation on a winner's behalf. Only items that may lawfully be shipped to, and lawfully possessed by, the winner in the winner's jurisdiction of residence will be awarded.
Where any item in the prize package cannot be awarded to a winner for this reason, or requires a licence, permit or authorisation that the winner does not hold, that item will not be awarded. The Sponsor will contact the winner directly and may, at its sole discretion, substitute an item or items of comparable value in its place. No cash equivalent will be offered, and no compensation will be paid in respect of any item that cannot be awarded.
The appearance of any item in the Promotion's advertising, imagery or prize description does not create any entitlement to that item on the part of an entrant or winner resident in a jurisdiction where the item is restricted or prohibited.

REGIONAL PRIZE AVAILABILITY

The prize package shown in the Promotion's advertising reflects the United States prize.
The following items are awarded to winners resident in the United States only:

  • NocPix Mate Ultra S60R clip-on thermal imager. This device is subject to United States export controls and may not be exported from the United States. It will be awarded only to a winner resident in the United States.
  • SilencerCo Scythe suppressor. Sound suppressors are prohibited or restricted in a number of the jurisdictions in which this Promotion is offered, including Canada. This item will be awarded only to a winner resident in the United States, and only where that winner satisfies all applicable federal, state and local requirements.

A winner resident in Canada, the European Union or the United Kingdom will receive the Grand Prize package with the two items above removed, subject to the Restricted and Prohibited Items section above.
Where a prize is shipped across an international border, any customs duties, import taxes, value added tax, goods and services tax, brokerage charges or other import fees are the sole responsibility of the winner unless the Sponsor states otherwise in writing at the time of award.

The ARV is stated as of September 3, 2026 and reflects the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the items in the applicable regional prize package. Actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize as awarded will not be paid out in cash or otherwise.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
If the prize, or any portion of it, cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Prizes are not transferable or assignable, and no cash equivalent will be offered. Entrants may not request the substitution of any prize component. This does not limit the Sponsor's right to substitute a prize component as set out above.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (CANADIAN RESIDENTS)

A selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must, as a condition of being declared the winner, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance.
The question will be provided to the selected entrant at the time of notification. The selected entrant must submit their answer within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it. A selected entrant who fails to answer correctly within that period, or who receives assistance of any kind, will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE

The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided at entry. The winner has seventy-two (72) hours from the time of notification to respond to the Sponsor. If the winner does not respond within that period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn, who will also be given seventy-two (72) hours to respond, and so on until a winner is determined.
The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law, within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The information provided must be complete and accurate or the winner will be disqualified.
Additional requirements for winners resident in the United States:

  • The winner's Declaration of Eligibility must include the winner's Social Security Number. This will be used solely to verify eligibility and to satisfy United States tax reporting obligations.
  • Where any prize component is a firearm or a regulated firearms item, the winner must present valid government-issued photo identification, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a NICS background check at a retailer holding a valid Federal Firearms Licence. Where any prize component is regulated under the National Firearms Act, the winner must additionally complete all required federal transfer paperwork and pay any applicable transfer tax. Failure to complete any of these requirements will result in forfeiture of that item.
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for any fees charged by a retailer to perform transfer services. Such fees are at the winner's sole expense.

Winners resident outside the United States will not be asked for a Social Security Number and are not subject to ATF Form 4473 or NICS requirements. Such winners may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification and any licence, permit or authorisation required in their own jurisdiction to lawfully take possession of the prize. Failure to provide any required documentation will result in forfeiture of the affected item or of the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, fails to return the completed documents as required, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

TAXES

All taxes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
For winners resident in the United States, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the full value of the prize where required by law.
Winners resident outside the United States are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising in their own jurisdiction. The Sponsor makes no representation as to the tax treatment of the prize in any jurisdiction and recommends that winners seek their own advice.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, and subject to the paragraph below, the winner grants MDT and its affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, city and province, state or country of residence, likeness, photograph and any written or oral statements provided by the winner, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
This grant applies for a period of two (2) years from the date the prize is awarded. Winners resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@mdttac.com, and the Sponsor will cease further use of the winner's personal data for promotional purposes within a reasonable period of receiving the request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the prize award or require the return of the prize.

DISQUALIFICATION

MDT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the website by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices including the use of automated entry programs, or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the Sponsor or any other person.

LIABILITY

By entering this sweepstakes or accepting the prize, participants release, indemnify and hold harmless MDT, its dealers and distributors, successors and their respective advertising, design and print production agencies, and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, from and against all actions and liability, including legal fees and costs, arising from injury, loss or damage to person or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the use, misuse, acceptance or possession of the prize, or by participation in this sweepstakes.
The prize winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize any costs of verification, redemption or travel to redeem the prize, and waives any liability claim arising from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize.
The Sponsor makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and disclaims any implied warranty.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in these Official Rules affects the statutory rights of consumers resident in Canada, the European Union or the United Kingdom.
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to violate any applicable law, it shall be amended to conform to that law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

The Sponsor, prize suppliers and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or in these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Entrants agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, and all issues concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Bonneville County, Idaho.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer resident in Canada, the European Union or the United Kingdom of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country or province of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country or province.
Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and shall not include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or legal fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this sweepstakes or to modify these Official Rules where required to do so by law or by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such changes will be posted at https://mdttac.com/pages/giveaway-tc.
A winner is not eligible to win more than one MDT Sweepstakes in any calendar year.
