I haven’t shot it since putting them in. It’s dressed currently in a 22 GT so not much recoil anyway. The package was wrapped well and the fitment was good on installation. They seem well made, but are pricey. You pay enough for the ACC Elite that they should come with them. 5 stars because no one twisted my arm making me buy them!

I ordered these with the chasis as I shot it without them had a friend rifle and the definitely helped the seal and sound. It’s a very stiff build, which is good, but it is nice to have it feel softer and no extra noises.

I'm more of a stock person than a chassis person but the ACC Elite has me converted- these dampeners give me that stock feel with the modularity of a well-designed chassis. Definitely a "must" addition to your setup.

Just what I was hoping for nice snug fit and looks incredible installation was quick and easy

Very happy with my rubber dampeners. Easy install (I didn’t have “One Shot”), I just used hand sanitizer and installed while in the field to get the closest before/after feeling. It has helped with getting back in target and spotting my shots much better.

Works great! I could hear a ping every time I fired my 22lr but never had an issue with centerfire.

Perfect fit. Easy Install. Dampers felt buttstock vibrations.

Its a good item for my acc premier chassis. So I don’t feel more vibration on my face.

Not thrilled with the buttstock inserts. No matter how I moved them around they impair the adjustable cheek piece and the length of pull adjustment. I will probably open up the holes that the adjustable studs are supposed to go through.

Ordered two sets and left a more detailed review for the others (FDE). There was a reduction in the twang but that never really bothered me. As for making the skeleton chassis feel like a hunting stock, I don't have that with these.

I bought two sets, one FDE and the other Black. The color, packaging, design, quality is all great. As expected from MDT, love this stuff.

One set was installed on a 6.5Creedmoor and the second on a .223 that may grown into something bigger when it gets older.

The "ping-iness" never really bothered me but I can say it is less "pingy"

However, the goal with these was to make the skeleton chassis feel better. More like a hunting stock. I cannot notice a difference in that regard but maybe after more rounds down range and then shoot another without these dampers side by side?

The Buttstock Rubber dampers are a nice addition to my rifle. Besides enhanced looks I think I get reduced resonation and vibration during the firing sequence.

The rating is based on overall experience, not the quality of the product itself. These are advertised to fit the AAC Premier Gen 2 buttstock, but they only fit that stock if you do not get a folder. To top it off, I had to pay to return the item myself for a refund. I don’t mind paying for the return shipping if I make a mistake, but these are advertised to fit the chassis I purchased, more specifically, picking your chassis is the only way to indicate the ones you want to purchase. When doing so, there is no mention that the chassis uses a totally different buttstock skeleton when a folder is added.

I think they look great, I just did not notice any difference in the vibration dampening in my 6mm GT
