Although not perfectly flush, it is much lower profile the metal Accurate Mag the was included with my Springfield 2020 Waypoint. It fits well and feeds just as good.

Got this mdt magazine for my seekins element m3 7prc just to have an extra magazine besides the amend2 magazine that came with the rilfe. My issue with this magazine is that it won't hold the 3rd round in place. Looks like the lip is exspanding as you load the rounds in the magazine and with pressure from the spring it kicks out the 3rd round. Not sure if I have a defected magazine or not. I was recommended by seekins that mdt is a good alternative aics magazine but with the issue I have I'll have to disagree.

Kind of cheap. The plastic is to thin. I know weight is the goal but I think it will break in time. The connection is good. The ejection is good. The quality needs to be better.

This magazine is better than the Amend mag that shipped with the seekins PH3 I received. Good product.

Design is nice and it works. However, with the slightest bump rounds fall out of my backup mag that is not in the rifle itself.

Magazine did not fit

Hi Patrick, we're sorry to hear the magazine didn't fit. We will follow up shortly to resolve this.

Pros:
It fits my Bergarra Carbon Crest, and doesn't make as much noise as the factory magazine.
Cons:
Consistently fails to feed the 2nd or 3rd round, without pushing up on the magazine.
The FTF negates the benefit of having a quieter magazine. It would be just as beneficial to carry the weapon chambered, with no magazine, since there's only one guaranteed shot.
Absolutely not worth the price!

Hi Matthew, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the feeding issues you've experienced. Your satisfaction is important to us, we will follow up shortly to get this issue resolved.

Works great with 7mm prc

I have one magazine from MDT and like it very much. That is why I purchased a back up mag.

I have built several 7PRC rifles for customers. Every one of the builds have required modifications to the magazines to get the rounds to feed correctly. In short the magazine needs to be redesigned to allow the cartridge to release from the feed lips sooner.
Not hard to do ,but it shouldn't have to modify anything for proper function in the HNT 26 chassis.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered. We will reach out shortly to get some more information so we can look into this further.

The magazine fits very well. It has completely eliminated the rattle that was present from stock magazine that comes with the Bergara B14 Square Crest.

I was hopeful that since these were 7PRC specific they would work well for my rifle, however that is far from the case. The magazines sit flush, which is nice, but take considerable effort to seat deep enough to latch. Because of the tight flush fit, they do not drop free, and I have to stick my fingers in the open action to push them down and out of the chassis. The spring tension seems strong while loading the mag, and the feed lips appear appropriate, but the magazine will only consistently feed the first round. The second round starts to feed but binds consistently requiring the bolt to be pulled to the rear and ran forward again, and the third round consistently does not feed at all. I bought two of these magazines, and identical issues with both of them, so I can't brush it off as a fluke or one slipping through quality control. The spring is obviously not strong enough for the third round, however I cannot figure out why the second round will not feed properly like the first does. Overall I regret buying this magazine, let alone two of them.

Why don’t the fit in a defiance anti X 7 PRC action ?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
These 7 PRC 3 Round Polymer Magazines are CIP Pattern 3.850' Length and require a chassis or stock with a CIP Pattern 3.850' Magazine Well.
We will have one of our Support Team reach out to you to help set up a return and sort out what Magazine your build requires.

They work fine! But you do need to remove the mold marks. I broke two fingernails trying to remove them. A few judicious strokes with a file took care of them. Also, why can't I insert them straight in? I have to cock them a bit front in first and with a hard push they are in. The amount (angle) is a guess. Too little, or too much and you can't force them in. Maybe they have to wear in? Once in they work fine, AND they look and feel carrying the rifle much better than that abomination that came with the rifle. Nice rifle with a terrible looking, uncomfortable magazine. Thank you for finding a better way to get three rounds into the rifle.
Best regards

I was hoping that 3 rounds would work well but in a KRG Bravo chassis, the mag is flush fit and rather difficult to get out of the rifle. The fit a finish seems fine, but I will stick to the longer metal mags for my 300 PRC.

Excellent Product

Picked this up for my Bergara crest rifle in 7PRC. . the horrible factory 5 round metal mag hangs way down had tons of slop, and was very loud. . this new MDT mag locks up tight, has zero slop, and only sticks out about a half inch. Very pleased with this item.

Perfect Fit!

I Purchased two of these for my Bergara Crest 7PRC and they are perfect. The one that comes with the gun is very loose fitting, loud and clanky. These mags solved that problem.

Weak spring

Love the low profile and how quite it is in my rifle but the spring is so weak I have to hand feed the last round.
