MDT 10-round magazines are approximately ¾” shorter in height than standard AICS 10-round magazines due to MDT’s unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design, allowing easier mag changes when shooting prone.
10-round magazine includes 2 internal ribs that help reduce friction between the cartridge and magazine body and provide a smooth transition from a double stack to single feed at the top of the magazine.

I’ve purchased 10 & 12 rd 6mm BR mags from MDT for my BRA. I’ve over 600 rds with them on a new barrel. I haven’t experienced a single feed failure. I definitely recommend them for 6mm BRAs.

Mag wouldnt feed the 10th round due to being loaded very tight with 10 rds. Feeds 9 rounds and less good. Magazine needs more room inside. Had the same issues with 12rd br mags. They can use a lighter less rigid spring or one that would compact more to fix these problems. I know MDT and they always make it right with you buy with cofidence they will have your back. Good company that makes good products and takes problems seriously. They had my back on the br mags and i soon hope to hear from them on a fix for tight fully loaded mags.

This is a quality magazine that fist the 6mm BR/Dasher perfectly. It functions great feeding each round with no failures or jams. The order was processed quickly. It is a very tight fit, so may take some break in to get quick releases.

Thank you for leaving your review and experience. There will be a period to wear in the spring, making it easier to load 10 rounds. The magazine can also be disassembled and the feet on the follower can be shaved down slightly. If we can help with any other questions, please let us know.

I wish MDT would have put in the description that it is skinnier more loke a single stack than most of there other magazines and it may not fit in some popular bottom metal receivers.
Thank you for the review and feedback. All of our long action magazines are single stack single feed. That shouldn't have any impact on fit as long as the length is correct for your bottom metal or chassis system.

I had some of the gen1 6br mags and they ran great wanted a 10 rd these mags only fit 8rds with out bulging the body of the mag and the feed lip spreading
Thank you for the feedback. If you are having issues fitting the full ten rounds into the magazine you can remove the bottom plate and trim the feet off of the bottom of the follower until the ten rounds fit.

I have several of these mags as I shoot a Dasher and the wife shoots a BR, my complaint is the last one I received will only hold 9 out of 10 rounds which normally isn't a huge deal but I didn't figure this out until I tried to use it in a PRS match where probably 7 out of 10 stages are 10 round stages which sucks cuz this mag feeds awesome!
